Hi and welcome to where I tell you a little about myself and what I do!

I am an accredited life coach and I specialise in life makeovers for women. Coaching can help women from all walks of life, from all backgrounds and every colour and creed. They may have specific problems or challenges to face or maybe they just feel that their lives are out of balance and they have lost their joy. Either way, they are usually at a crossroads and need help to find their path ahead. I have over twenty years experience of helping women in crisis, not just professionally but also personally based on my own fifty challenging years. I coach women on a variety of topics such as the menopause, pre-menstrual tension, returning to work after children, relationship issues, life after 40 and how to grow old gracefully! I am blessed to have been raised by my mother and grandmother and it is to them that I attribute my strong desire to empower women and help them achieve more.

From my base in the historic market town of Newark on Trent, I am able to coach clients on a face to face basis as long as they live in the surrounding areas of Lincoln, Retford, Grantham and Southwell. Occasionally, I am asked to travel further afield but if the distance is too far to travel, coaching sessions can also be arranged by phone. Increasingly, this kind of coaching is becoming more popular because it offers greater flexibility and fits in better with busy schedules. My coaching is not just confined to the UK; many of my clients live in Spain where I also lived for ten years. Although I sadly can’t make home visits as often as I used to, I continue to coach my Spanish clients by telephone. I hope to arrange a coaching event for the Costa Blanca in 2008.

On the personal front, I have been married and divorced twice and I have a daughter and a granddaughter. In 2004, I developed Chronic Fatigue Syndrome which has meant that I have had to learn how to nurture myself. It has been a great lesson and I am glad that I was able to learn it!
